3 Day Intermediate Barista Course

In collaboration with Red Band Barista Academy, this course is designed to certify baristas already in the coffee industry + equip those with no previous experience who want to pursue a career as a professional barista as well as all coffee enthusisasts looking to explore coffee.

• Equipment: Grinder, Espresso Machine, Brewing Equipment
• Grinder Calibration and Maintenance
• Understanding Espresso: Grinding, Tamping, Dosing
• Milk Preparation: Steaming, Pouring
• Introduction to Latte Art  
• Work Space Management
• Drinks: Methods, Ingredients
• Troubleshooting
• Health and Hygiene
• Customer Service

All graduates will receive a certified Red Band Barista Academy certificate and be part of the ever growing Red band Barista community!
